Austin, TX – April 10, 2026 – Operate Technologies, developer of the Operate Mobile and SaaS application for commercial landscaping companies, today announced that Bryan Mours has joined the company as a member of its Board of Advisors. Mours brings more than four decades of experience in operations, software implementation, and leadership within the commercial landscaping and service industries.
Mours is a highly accomplished business operator and executive with a proven track record of driving efficiency, growth, and profitability across multiple organizations. His career spans leadership roles in landscape operations, consulting, and technology, including serving as Vice President of Client Services at Aspire Software, where he led client deployment and success efforts for one of the industry’s leading business management platforms.
In that role, Mours worked closely with commercial landscaping companies to analyze business processes, implement software systems, and refine day to day operations to improve efficiency and maximize profitability. His experience bridges both sides of the industry, from owning and operating landscape businesses to helping companies adopt and fully utilize technology platforms.

Earlier in his career, Mours served as Vice President of Operations and Finance for a landscape design build firm, where he drove measurable cost reductions, improved service delivery, and increased profitability. He has also owned and operated multiple businesses, including a commercial lawn care company and consulting practice focused on process improvement and operational efficiency.
Mours currently operates Mours Enterprises LLC and continues to advise companies on innovation strategies, process development, and leadership training.
